eFiling of divorce applications now available
Applications for Divorce (and certain accompanying documents) can now be electronically filed through the Commonwealth Courts Portal (www.comcourts.gov.au).
Legal firms and individuals who want to eFile an Application for Divorce must first register with the portal. Instructions on how to register are available from the Commonwealth Courts Portal – Information for new users.
