This course is designed to help individuals deal with their separation, enabling them to begin to “let go” and to start focussing on the future, and re-establishing feelings of worth and hope.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss current issues in their lives, explore their experiences of loss and make sense of the relationship breakdown in a supportive environment.

This 6 week group covers topics including:
* kids reactions to separation,
* helping kids adjust
* ongoing support for kids
* parenting from two homes
* working through areas of potential conflict between parents
* ground rules for a working parenting relationship
* managing stress and taking care of yourself
