Aussie Divorce products deal with all the relevant strategies that you will need to ensure you are in control of your divorce. By following the advice in them, you are guaranteed to save money.

At Aussie Divorce we aim to revolutionise the way divorce proceedings are conducted. In our vision, lengthy litigation will be a thing of the past, and well-prepared parties will engineer the way to a speedy resolution. Individuals will be empowered to take charge of their divorce, guiding their lawyers with informed choices, and vastly reducing the financial impact of the divorce process on themselves and their families.

Know where you stand. Some lawyers unrealistically raise your expectations, leading to lengthy and expensive proceedings. In the end, the outcome is disappointing and you’ve spent a fortune on legal fees trying to achieve something that was never going to happen. Our online case assessment will tell you how much of the property you really are likely to get. We won’t conduct your proceedings so we have no interest in raising your expectations unrealistically.

Alan Weiss developed Aussie Divorce after he experienced the devastation that can be created by the divorce process.

“I witnessed first hand my future security, and that of my family, being destroyed by acrimonious and costly divorce litigation.”

The average hourly rate of a family lawyer is $350.  The Aussie Divorce Pack will save your divorce lawyer many hours of work, saving you thousands of dollars.

We can’t change the legal system and we can’t stop spouses from fighting. Aussie Divorce was created to help you reduce your legal fees and get the divorce process completed as quickly as possible with a step-by-step guide for document and information collection, the setting of goals and objectives, plus providing assistance in hiring the right lawyer for you.

Dear Grandparent, You are NOT alone!

Unfortunately, with the number of divorces escalating at a frightening rate, more and more grandparents just like you are experiencing fear and despondency regarding the fate of their beloved grandchildren.

  • You may have difficulty seeing them on a steady basis or you may have been denied visits altogether.
  • You may suspect, or even know, that they are neglected and possibly abused; maybe even left alone for long periods of time without loving supervision or protection.
  • You may fear that they are being unduly disciplined by some “stranger” who has moved in with the child’s parent.
  • You have heard “inklings” from neighbors, or relatives, or the child, about drugs and parties, and many “friends” coming and going.
  • You may have found that they are being “warehoused” in daycare.
  • You may realize that they have been “given” to the other Grandparents.

It’s easy to feel lost and alone when you are going through a divorce. You know that you need to understand the issues before you make any major decisions, but how do you gain the knowledge? For most people, advice from friends just isn’t enough. What you need is a roadmap to help you navigate all the ins and outs of divorce.

I know from experience what an impact divorce can have on a woman’s life. When my marriage ended, I was emotionally raw and worn down by all the decisions to be made.
Consequently, I made my fair share of mistakes.

Having learned my lessons the hard way, I made a promise to myself that no woman would ever have to face this journey alone.

As a result, I started the WomansDivorce website in 2001 to help other women going through a divorce, and have done so ever since.
